Treehouse Luxury includes all of our signature amenities, with optional add‑ons like Ultimate Fairytale Quests, charcuterie boards, and breakfast packages to make your stay uniquely yours. For deeper relaxation, massage and Reiki sessions can be booked directly with our wonderful providers, and we encourage guests to schedule early to secure their preferred day and time.

Treetop Bed
Imagine sinking into a queen‑sized mattress so plush you’ll need a little step to climb in. This dreamy bed is suspended among the branches of two 100‑year‑old trees, creating the feeling of sleeping cradled by the forest itself. Above you hangs a tree that was saved during construction—carefully sanded, varnished, and craned through the roof as the treehouse was being framed. It’s wrapped in thousands of dimmable fairy lights, with hand‑blown glass ornaments dangling from beaded wires overhead. When sunlight pours through the clerestory windows, it catches the glass and scatters tiny rainbows around the room, turning every moment spent in bed into something magical..

3-piece Mermaid Bathroom
Hand‑painted murals immerse you in an underwater world where you swim with merfolk, bathe beneath a pirate ship, and splash under the Big Dipper. Created in collaboration with artist Heather Oschbine—my ocean backdrop brought to life by her stunning merfolk—this space feels like stepping into a living fairytale, the kind of magic best experienced in person.
Kitchenette
Your kitchenette is fully equipped for simple meal prep, with a full‑size refrigerator and ice maker, prep sink with disposal, convection toaster oven, microwave, single‑burner cooktop, Keurig, dishes, silverware, and essential cookware. The space is as beautiful as it is functional, featuring a poured‑epoxy backsplash over handmade Green Earth Art tiles and vintage door corner blocks. Custom‑finished cabinetry holds pots, pans, and utensils, while open live‑edge walnut shelves display handmade pottery, wine glasses, and dishes. A JBL Bluetooth speaker tucked into the window lets you enjoy your favorite music or podcasts while you cook. Cell service is strong, though the treehouse intentionally offers no internet to help you fully unwind.
Soaking Tub Room
The west wing was designed for pure relaxation. Three windows surround the two‑person soaking tub, with the tree and its branches just outside, making you feel wrapped in the forest. Soft, dimmable light from a crystal chandelier sets the mood, and an antique dressing table holds bath soaps and sugar scrubs for a little extra pampering.
Hand‑painted walls and tiny fairy nooks add a touch of magic. Choose lavender, rose, or citrus aromatherapy to enhance your soak, and enjoy chilled eye masks from the refrigerator for a spa‑like finish.
Breakfast Options
You can choose breakfast exactly the way you like it—or skip it entirely. If you have early plans or prefer to head out for food, you can opt out for the day. Local restaurant menus are provided in the treehouse for guests exploring the area.
If you’d rather prepare breakfast at your own pace, we can stock the refrigerator with our Lazy Morning Package, which includes bagels, cream cheese, ham, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, milk, and juice. Keurig coffee and tea are always available. Guests with dietary restrictions are welcome to bring their own food to prepare as well. The kitchenette is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, foil, Press’n Seal, nonstick spray, oil, and basic condiments.
For a more pampered start to your day, the Sunrise Breakfast is delivered hot and fresh to your door at 9 a.m. Enjoy bacon, eggs, hash browns, and biscuits or cream‑cheese‑filled croissants, along with milk and orange juice. This is perfect for a morning of sleeping in and relaxation. Weather permitting, I love to serve it outside as a morning picnic in the garden, complete with a white linen tablecloth, apple butter, and the quiet enchantment of breakfast in the forest.
Private Hot Tub / Pavilion / Gardens
The moment you pass through the gate, it feels as if you’ve stepped into another world. Seven forged‑iron dragons holding flaming torches welcome you at the parking area, setting the tone for the enchantment ahead. Wander down the path to the castle to sit among wizards, dragons, and fairies, slip through the moon gate, or follow the walkway to the pavilion. From there, you can climb the stairs to the treehouse or simply explore the many delights of the property.
Six and a half acres of forested grounds overlook the river bottoms and open fields. Perennial gardens, castle ruins, and a towering stone wall create a home for fairies and mermaids, and during wet weather, a waterfall spills from a hobbit hole tucked into the hillside.
The pavilion shelters the hot tub, dry bar, and comfortable lounge seating. Nearby, you’ll find a picnic table and charcoal grill, along with cabinets stocked with picnic supplies, plastic glasses, and grilling essentials. Charcoal and fire starters are provided. Soft cushions, outdoor blankets, and pillows make it an inviting place to read, relax, or snuggle close. Just beyond the pavilion, a path leads into the forest.
Nearly seven acres of woodland stretch out around you, filled with old‑growth trees and a hollow shaped by a wet‑weather creek between two hillsides—an ideal setting for forest bathing. And the sunrises here, glowing hot pink and orange through the trees, are unforgettable.
The gardens continue throughout the property, including a dramatic rock‑terraced retaining wall with a 25‑foot stone face, stone steps leading to a hobbit door, and a gentle water spill. Hidden among the stones are a dragon’s nest and a fairy door. Below, in the turquoise water, mermaids visit their fairy friends—and Jonah the fish can often be spotted enjoying his magical home.
Cell service is strong, but the dense canopy of leaves blocks satellite signals, so there is no internet. Guests often find themselves reconnecting with nature—and each other.
